Univrses, a leading player in 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning, is in search of a dynamic and experienced Fleet Development Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
Stepping into this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding Univrses' sales activities, with a specific focus on developing our fleet offerings. Backed by the support from Univrses' leadership team,, scientists, and engineers, your mission will involve exploring new avenues and finding not yet utilised value streams for our fleet partners. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
This is a critical and important moment for Univrses as we accelerate our sales activities, and your role will extend beyond directing our growth in fleet management. As the company scales up, your ambition to develop a robust team around this offering will be essential. Ideally, you will evolve to lead and drive this team and its activities in the future.
This position requires adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive for large-scale deployment. Alongside a structured, goal-oriented approach, your ability to seal deals will be invaluable. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in complex sales activities and a keen interest in the industry to take on the role of FDM.
Primarily drive and close deals focusing on developing fleet operations
Facilitate all engagements with fleet prospects
Assist in discussions regarding smart city projects and clients, both existing and new
Enhance our sales process continuously
Engage in strategic discourse on marketing activities
Contribute in hiring sales and marketing staff and manage future teams
Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that sold projects are delivered as per the agreements
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales success with SW products
Experience in creating new business opportunities with complex technology
A strong focus on building the sales pipeline and closing deals
Structured and strategic approach
Excellent collaborator and team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Previous experience as a Business Development or Sales manager
Sales experience in software products and services
Experience working in startups/scaleups
Tech background, preferably with experience from selling SaaS solutions
