The CRM & Insight Specialist consolidates, aligns and processes CRM data from key clients in order to develop audience-based campaigns. Alongside with the Omnichannel Activator and eCommerce Business Units develops an activation calendar based on continuous optimizations. He/She transforms CRM campaigns and consumer behavior analysis into insight for business units and key accounts.

A day in the life of...

Responsible of development and operation of a strategic framework to work with Key Accounts CRM programs: type of audiences, messages and moments
Develop reports and customized analysis to generate insights and actionable recommendations at Business Units and Key Account level. Making sure to feed into Nestlé overall data collection and segmentation strategies
Develop and maintain creative calendar & segmentation matrices per category and key accounts. Proposing improvements and optimization to creativity, segments and communication strategies based on results analysis
Coordinate the collection and analysis of CRM data. Generates hypothesize and suggests data-powered activations with clear business objectives
Create easy-to-understand data visualization, presentations and provide logical insights and actionable recommendations to business units and key account

What will make you successful

Business Management / Industrial Engineering/ Marketing/ Data & Analytcs
SQL coding, Office + advanced excell, Power BI
1-3 years experience CRM Data Analysis
Advanced English
