The Global Graduate Programme
If you have what it takes, no other organisation offers a graduate experience quite like BAT’s. Whether you join us in Marketing, Finance or Operations, it’ll be fast-paced and exciting. Expect the experience to stretch and test you in our 18 month program which includes rotation in different departments and the opportunity of an international assignment.
Our programme will see you contributing in a real full-time job from day one. It means developing your potential through world class training and mentoring as well as learning from your peers and senior colleagues from across the globe. Ultimately, if you succeed in the programme, you will become a Junior Manager.
