The exchange we would like to suggest is to make an inventory of how much the CRM department values a mobile app user in different sectors compared to companies who don’t offer mobile apps.
For example, how much is an email worth to different companies?
We imagine that many companies in Sweden and the Nordics can learn from seeing the results of such a study. So we thought it would be interesting to analyse the 100 largest retail companies in the Nordics and see how many we could ask to respond to a survey on this topic. If we succeed with a nice summary we could try to send this out as a press release.
