RACE FOR THE BALTIC
Race For The Baltic is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the state of the Baltic Sea. We focus on solution-oriented and cost-effective projects with measurable impact.
As Project Analyst Intern you are offered the opportunity to work with general project management support, conduct in depth research, present findings on Baltic Sea issues and contribute to Race For The Baltic’s communication and outreach activities.
RESEARCH: Provide research support to project managers on topics related to specific projects
COMMUNICATIONS: Take a supporting role in the day-to-day management of our communications and outreach
ADMIN: Provide general office, event and admin support for the organization
Requirements and qualifications
Master’s student preferred, bachelors is required
Academic background in biology, chemistry, marine biology, marine ecotoxicology, agriculture, agronomy or other natural science background is preferred but not required
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Swedish is required
Fluency in either Estonian, Finnish, Latvian, Lithuanian or Polish is a plus
The ability to, in a short time period, summarize scientific reports and make presentations
Be able to process data and crunch numbers
Hours & Location : Approx. 20 hours per week (flexible) for at least 12 weeks or more
Flexible working: mix of in office (in Central Stockholm) and working from home (may change depending on Covid-19)
