Our FIS R&D Engineering activity is looking for a Finance Analyst for its R&D in Puebla.


The Finance Analyst will be supporting the R&D Engineering Controlling Manager for North America located in the United States. This position will be in Puebla, Mexico.


The role of the Finance Analyst is to manage the reporting of the Puebla site which compose the region of 165 Engineers, ensuring the consistency of the data reported to the Management of the Division and the BG. In addition, this role will help on day to day finance related activities, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.

Your missions:

  • Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management:
    • Consolidate all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast…).
    • Prepare and finalize month-end close on a timely manner
    • Manage reporting process for region ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay compliance.
    • Ensure reliability of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Contribution of Operational Cash (COC).
    • Gather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis.
    • Collaborate with Shared Service Center obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information.
    • Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors.
  • Act as a business partner toward the management of the Division, and provide recommendation to the management:
    • Propose to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload…).
    • Follow financial impact of action plans.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • All other duties as assigned by the company




  • Master with a Finance related degree
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of METIS and or SAP is a plus
  • Business minded and strong teamwork sense
  • Good communication skills
  • Language level (English is mandatory)]
