As an Intern you will become a part our Supply Chain Process team consisting of 4 colleagues. Together we drive the processes in Kamstrup why we work project-based with agreed deadlines, project plans and follow-up and reporting. You will experience a professional approach as well as an informal tone, where professional sparring and feedback are paramount. In addition, you get a broad contact surface across the organization through collaboration with experienced colleagues with different professional backgrounds.

An internship with focus on process management and optimization of businesses processes
As our new Business Process Intern, you will gain a unique insight into a wide range of tasks within an international Process team. In particular, you will focus on developing and implementing processes and process models which will be sued in our Supply Chain.

More specially, you will get to work with:

• The development of process models and the associated tools and templates

• Process management as well as the coordination of tasks across the organization

• Driving and facilitating processes

• Visualizing and documenting processes

• Standardization and implementation of processes

However, your exact tasks will depend on your educational background as well as your interests and wishes.

Personality matters
We are looking for a student who can use his/hers updated theoretical knowledge to contribute to the optimization of processes in Kamstrup. We imagine that you are studying a relevant degree within Value Chain Management, Production Engineering or similar, but most important is your passion for analyzing and developing business processes in order to create a more efficient and streamlined business.

As a person, you are proactive and ambitious. You are extroverted by nature, why you thrive in a role with a broad contact surface. In addition, you are also able to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. You are looking for an internship from which you can work with change management as you have a natural ability to understand work processes in a complex organization.

It is a requirement that you master English & Danish in writing and speaking.
