As an intern, you will be part of the Strategic Sourcing team, consisting of 20 experienced and committed colleagues who are jointly responsible for negotiating, sourcing and carrying out sourcing projects. The department works cross-organizational and is fast moving, providing space for challenges, input and a daily life where every day is different. The close contact with your colleagues within the team will also give you ample opportunity for professional coaching and personal development.

An internship with focus on analyses and sourcing processes
As an Intern in the Sourcing team, you will work with many different operational and sourcing tasks. During the internship, it will be your primary responsibility to carry out analyses and follow-up tasks in various projects.
Your tasks will also include:

• Preparing analyses for spend, category segmentation and cost-down evaluations

• Developing future analyses and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Assisting our Strategic Sourcing Managers in various sourcing processes, including participation in RFI, RFQ, supplier selection and negotiation

• Implementing minor product changes with suppliers

• Controlling and updating master data

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious student who can contribute to the business development of Kamstrup with great commitment and updated theoretical knowledge. You have a solid commercial or technical foundation as you are attending a bachelor’s or master's degree program in Business Administration, Operations & Supply Chain Management, Value Chain Management or similar.

As a person, you are persistent, proactive and result oriented. You are also analytically strong and can acquaint yourself with new material continuously. As your work assignments include a broad contact with colleagues in the organization, it is important that you master oral and written communication at all levels. On a busy day, you take responsibility and work independently and structured with your tasks, but also appreciate close cooperation with your team.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish will be an asset.
