We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with a technical background in Process Control, Automation, Digitization or SAAS to join the Honeywell Process Solutions sales team covering NI/ROI

What you will be doing?

  • You will be the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships. Understanding the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, you will manage dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer.
  • You will be a business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, improve the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer.
  • You will actively participate in new product development programs, reviewing and supporting NPI process, Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition.
  • You will Lead Momentum Through the Sales Cycle, Identify Opportunities, Negotiate and Close.

We’re looking for?

  • Sales Experience in Solution Sales within Process control, Automation, Digitization and SAAS.
  • Demonstrate clear Sales Goal’s achievement in current role.
  • Business thinker, effective collaboration with peers as well as with executive functional, and senior business leaders both Internally and with Customers.
  • Ability to articulate Value proposition of Solutions is key in the role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HPS, or competitor, service offerings, is desirable.
  • Business awareness of CO2 Capture and Hydrogen Developments that customers are striving to attain.
  • Knowledge of DCS, or MES, or APC solutions desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Technical Qualification, while beneficial, not prerequisite for the role
  • Previous experience of CRM application, SFDC is current CRM in place.
  • Experience of Managing the end to end Sales Process.
