We are now looking for a new Digital Marketing Paid Search Programs Manage in Europe. Does this sound like it could be you? Working with the Retail Digital Marketing Demand Generation team, you will drive the Paid Search day to day performance for the EMEIA region, understanding deeply the core business and product challenges and opportunities this important program represents for us. Represent Retail Demand Generation within the broader Retail campaign planning meetings with local and WW team members. Responsible for the flawless execution of all our Paid Search campaigns across product and campaign launches throughout the year, making sure the work resonates locally and that we are delivering the best customer experience. Identify and drive any local initiatives that tackle local challenges or opportunities.

Key Qualifications Key Qualifications
    • Deep knowledge of SEM and Google Shopping.

    • Data driven and passionately analytical, Excel power user.

    • General SEO understanding principles.

    • Ideally Paid Social and Display programmatic understanding.

    • Preferred understanding of website analytics.

    • Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills.

    • Detail-oriented.

    • Strong organisational and time management / prioritisation skills.

    • Demonstrated ability in digital marketing direct response programs.

    • Bachelors degree preferred.

    • European language skills preferred.

Description Description
Day to day management of the Paid Search and Google Shopping programs, resolving complex issues with data driven, creative and effective solutions. Leverage technology across Paid and PLA to achieve tasks to maximise results and efficiencies, while supporting your manager, providing timely and regular feedback, to achieve revenue goals. Monitors activities against assigned revenue investments targets, developing and recommending new processes and procedures, while following and contributing to WW best practices. Ability to work independently to achieve day to day tasks and be able to network with key contacts and support wider support teams and complete projects.
