Cyber Security Services - Business Management Analyst
The Cyber Security Services organization is responsible for the management of critical security infrastructure, services, and monitoring across the enterprise on a global level.
The Cyber Security Services Business Operations team aims at allowing the organization to maintain its focus on strategic initiatives and key programs related to improving the experience of customers and employees, improving security posture, and strengthening controls. It provides centrally managed business support services for Cyber Security across the following areas: Chief of Staff support; financial management; vendor management; workforce management; process management; program management; marketing and communications, risk management, controls & compliance; metrics & reporting; and automation efforts.
This role is responsible for supporting the centralized management of Investments, Financials, and Commercial Transactions.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee, centralize and manage commercial transactions for Cyber Security Services investments; responsible for obtaining business and financial approval for all transactions
  • Assess global financial impact for Cyber Security purchases
  • Build financial models to view impacts of commercial transactions and be able to reflect potential and proposed contract changes
  • Influence
  • Accountability for tracking end-to-end procurement process from initial engagement to procurement system processing for purchase orders, etc.
  • Invoice management to ensure timely and accurate payments; ensure accruals and taxes are appropriately handled
  • MIS Reporting for Senior Management, status updates on investments, financial recognition, commercials, etc.
  • Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting based off regional/country regulatory or internal requirements
  • Provide inputs to investment plan and outlook process
  • Create financial presentations for senior management around the current and upcoming years’ strategies
  • Create and support Initiative Expenditure Proposals (IEPs) for capital purchases greater than $100M outlining the business and financial impact, project milestones, risks and savings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and business partners
  • Develop an inventory system to reconcile purchases with actual devices live on Citi’s internal network to align actual financial impact with purchases and budgets

Qualifications

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, understanding of capital expenditure, depreciation of assets, and contract management
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel formulas and formatting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic financial accounting principles
  • Experience with MIS reporting, creating management reporting and metrics
  • Knowledge and experience in tracking investment expenditure

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
