The Integration Developer and Engineering Professional is responsible for the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, fault tolerant cloud software applications. In this role, you will be directly involved in helping to design the solution and be responsible for the delivery of commercial and ready to launch products. This involves using bleeding edge technology in proof of concept work that will enable sales and provide direct value to customers.

Our Exciting Opportunity:

— Evolve existing data model to meet demands of new application domains
— Develop new application components and extend existing application components
— Participate in scoping of effort estimates and planning of customer deliverables
— Participate in the entire software development cycle by analyzing, designing, and developing new products
— Evolve existing data model to meet demands of new application domains
— Research new software tools and technologies and propose new software tools and/or technologies for consideration
— Refactor existing code base as required to meet the needs of changing requirements
— Measure and analyze solutions performance and scalability to assist with systems engineering and application deployments applications development

You Have:

— An undergraduate degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
— 3-6 years of software development experience
— Execute integration and performance testing for Customer Environments
— Competence in one or more programming language such as Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Lisp, Ruby, Scala, Python, Scheme, Clojure, Erlang or C++
— Objected oriented, functional, or concurrency oriented programming experience
— Understand and propose potential solutions to new and complex problems
— Ability to analyze and document business requirements and corresponding technical solution
— Ability to design and implement complex software requirements specifications
— Prepare system testskills required to work with engineers, developers and sales team

You might also have:

— Experience with Docker/Kubernetes in a production deployment is an asset
— Ability to leverage VMW product suite
— Capability of deploying and maintaining public and hybrid cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and vCloud Air.
— Knowledge of NFV, SDN, 5G, Orchestration of Network Services, Network domain knowledge
— Understanding of multiple hypervisor technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, OpenStack)
