The Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region is a multicultural and diverse geographic area, composed of approximately 80 countries and territories with rapidly growing emerging markets such as Turkey, the Middle East, South Africa and India. EMEA’s regional headquarters is based in Neuilly-sur- Seine, near Paris, France. The headquarters has a diverse workforce, with employees representing 48 nationalities.

Recruitment

Estée Lauder Companies Europe is looking for candidates with 3 or 5 years of higher education within business school or universities. Working in a multicultural environment with over 48 nationalities in our regional office, fluency in English is mandatory.

Above all, we want candidates who are passionate and share our values of inclusion, diversity and sustainability. 

 

Recruitment process

After applying on our job teaser or career site, you will be contacted by our HR department.

You will be offered a 30-minute videoconference interview with the HR assistant. The goal is to get to know you and to introduce you to the company.

If your profile matches our expectations, we will then propose you to meet the manager of the internship/alternship for which you are applying. 

After deliberation between HR and managers, we will contact you to announce whether or not you are joining the Estée Lauder Companies!
